This page explains what information Komplete collects when you visit komplete.tech or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Komplete is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Who we are

Komplete is a conversion-system agency for service businesses in the UAE. We can be reached at hello@komplete.tech or +971 54 175 9798. For the purposes of this policy, Komplete is the data controller for any personal information you submit through this website.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the lead form on the site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The page or source the enquiry came from

Information collected automatically

• Standard request data such as IP address, browser, device type, and approximate location, used to keep the site secure and to debug issues.
• Anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, including pages viewed, scroll depth, clicks, and session recordings with form fields masked.
• Cookies and similar technologies set by these analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, send a proposal, or schedule a call.
• To deliver, support, and improve services we agree to provide.
• To measure how the website performs and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations in the UAE.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit the form, on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and on contractual necessity once you become a client.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers we rely on to operate Komplete:

• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.
• Supabase — encrypted lead storage.
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — sending lead alerts to our team.
• Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — anonymous site analytics.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers above store or process information outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States. We rely on those providers' standard data protection measures and contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep information

We keep lead enquiries for up to 24 months from the last contact, after which we delete or anonymize them. Client records are kept for as long as we have an active engagement and then for the period required by UAE accounting and tax rules. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

8. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

9. Security

Lead data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Supabase with row-level access restrictions. We limit who on our team can read it and review access regularly.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to contact us or use the site.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and adjust the "Last updated" date above.
