These terms govern your use of komplete.tech and any pre-engagement contact with Komplete. They do not replace the written agreement signed when you become a client; that agreement controls the scope, fees, and deliverables for any project we deliver for you.
1. About Komplete
Komplete is a conversion-system agency operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design and operate websites, WhatsApp reception, missed-call recovery, booking, and review systems for service businesses.
2. Use of this website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:
- Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
- Submit false information through the lead form.
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content for commercial use without written permission.
3. Information on the site
We try to keep all information on the site accurate and current. The site is provided for general information about our services. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a guarantee of results.
4. Lead enquiries
Submitting the form is an enquiry, not a contract. We will respond by email or WhatsApp using the contact details you provide. How we handle that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Engagements and proposals
Any project we deliver is governed by a separate proposal or statement of work signed by both sides. Fees, payment schedule, scope, deliverables, timelines, change requests, revisions, and acceptance are described there.
6. Intellectual property
Komplete, the Komplete wordmark, the K mark, the visual style of this site, all copy, and all design assets on this site are owned by Komplete. You may not copy, adapt, or reuse them without written permission.
For client work, ownership of final deliverables transfers on full payment as set out in the relevant proposal. Komplete retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Third-party services
The site links to and integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, performance, or privacy practices of those services.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, and we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes from any of our services on the site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Komplete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
